What we promise
Everything we promise you, in the plainest words we can manage.
You pay nothing until you have seen it
No deposit, no card up front, no "book a call to get started". You fill in the brief, we build your site, and you look at it. If you never reply, you are never charged. There is nothing to cancel because nothing was started.
A real person finishes every site
Your first draft is put together fast, with the help of AI tooling, from what you told us in the brief. Then a human designer goes through it line by line, fixes what the machine got wrong, and decides it is good enough to send. Nothing reaches you that a person has not looked at and signed off. That step is the whole business, and it is why this is not an instant website builder.
When you get it
Brief in before noon Eastern, your site is with you by 5pm Eastern the same day. Brief in after noon, it is with you by noon Eastern the next day. If we are ever going to miss that, you hear it from us before the deadline, not after.
One complete redesign, free
If the first one misses, say so plainly and you get a whole new site, designed again from scratch. Not the same layout in different colors. A second attempt at understanding your business.
That is included, once, and you do not have to justify it. If the second one misses too, we will talk honestly about whether we are the right people for you. You will not be charged for work you did not want.
What $299 buys

- Your photos, your services, your hours, your prices, your words
- Built to work properly on a phone, which is where most of your customers will see it
- Set up so Google can find it
What $29 a month buys, starting in month two
Your first month is included in the $299. The first $29 comes out 30 days later, and you can cancel before then if you would rather not carry on.
- Your domain name, registered and paid for by us
- Hosting, the security certificate, and keeping it online
- Changes whenever you need them. New prices, new photos, new hours, a whole new section. Send them from your project page and we make them, usually the same day
- No ticket limits and no per-change fee
Cancel it any month you like, from an email to us. Nothing further is taken.
The short version. You risk nothing to find out whether we are any good. You see the finished thing before a card is touched. If it is wrong we do it again. If it is still wrong you walk away owing nothing.
The formal version of all this is in the terms. If the two ever disagree, tell us, because that is our mistake to fix.
